TRAFFIC HINDRANCES
In connection to the arrangement of the second edition of the VERVA Street Racing the Promoter notifies about the traffic difficulties that will occur near the Pilsudski Square and the Theatre Square.
Below parking areas will be completely closed on given dates:
- From June 9 hr. 06:00 until June 21 hr. 9:00: eastern part of the Theatre Square and car park at the European Hotel (from the side of the Pilsudski Square)
- From June 12 until June 21: western part of the Theatre Square
- From June 16 hr. 06:00 until June 20 hr. 5:00: Tokarzewskiego-Karaszewicza Street and car park in front of the Warsaw Garrison Command (from the side of the Theatre Square)
From June 16 hr. 20:00 to June 20 hr. 5:00 below streets will be closed to vehicular traffic:
- Senatorska Street (the section between Bielanska Street and Miodowa Street)
- Wierzbowa Street
- Pilsudskiego Street
- Niecała Street (the section between Wierzbowa Street and Canaletta Street)
- Fredry Street
- Moliera Street
- Focha Street
- Trebacka Street (only from the side of the Focha Street)
- Ossolinskich Street
Pedestrian traffic on the event area will be free and unrestricted during the whole duration of the preparatory works, i.e. until June 17 hr. 19:00. There will be some hindrances in pedestrian traffic resulting from training on the track and gathering of the public on the event’s area, from June 17 hr. 19:00 until June 19 hr. 10:00. For this reason the Promoter will make pedestrian walkways over 4 streets available for the public (over the Wierzbowa Street (2 pieces) and over the Moliera Street (2 pieces)).
Deliveries to catering outlets on June 17 will be possible only until 18:00 on the basis of the pass issued at the VERVA Street Racing production office located in the car park near the European Hotel (from the side of the Pilsudski Square and Ossolinskich Street) on 13-16 June hr. 09:00 - 20:00 and on 17 June hr. 09:00 - 15:00. Deliveries in the event’s day will be impossible.
The Promoter apologizes for those difficulties and asks for kind understanding. The Promoter will make every effort to make the event’s arrangement as least troublesome for the Warsaw residents as possible.
